The item(s) will be shipped on the next business day after receipt of
payment.

Shipping includes professional packing & insurance and is for the lower 48 states via FedEx Ground; Alaska, Hawaii will be additional. Please contact WattWorks directly for additional shipping costs.

Priority FedEx shipping is available but we will need your zip code to
determine the additional cost. Contact WattWorks directly for Priority FedEx.

The only form of shipping we use is FedEx (therefore we cannot ship to a
P.O. BOX). The only exception is if you have your own shipping account
you would like to use (note: you will have to schedule the item to be
picked up from our warehouse).

We absolutely will not ship anything via USPS, do not ask us to do so.

International Shipping

We will only ship to locations in the Contiguous United States and
Canada using our shipping account. If you purchase an item and live
anywhere but the Contiguous United States or Canada you will have to
arrange shipping on your own shipping account (we will charge a handling
fee for the packing of the item). You will have to supply us with your
account number and you will have to schedule the item to be picked up
from our warehouse, we will not arrange the shipping.

United States territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc), International
military bases (FPO, etc.), etc. are considered International for our
company policies and have to abide by our International shipping and
payment terms.
